Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The transcript page should display the following basic information: 1. Participant name/participation number 2. Participant ranking (e.g., "Ranked 2", with a space before and after the number) 3. Number of correct answers (displayed as "Correct" rather than "Correct Answers") 4. Number of participants (displayed as "Participants: X" rather than "0 Participants") 5. Total number of questions (displayed as "Questions: X" rather than "Total X Questions") 6. Answered questions and scores 7. Correct answers and answer explanations (if any)

How the results of different question types should be displayed on the transcript:  1. Single-choice and multiple-choice questions: display "Answered correctly" or "Answered incorrectly" (instead of "All correct" or "All incorrect")  2. For multiple-choice questions with only 1 answer and answered correctly, display "Answered correctly" rather than "Partially correct"  3. Multiple-fill-in-the-blank questions and cloze tests: the answer text should be in #666666 font color and not bold  4. Short-answer questions: display the manual grading result  5. Non-exam questions (such as personal information questions) do not need to display the question type  6. Hidden questions should also be hidden on the transcript and not displayed

Display rules for answer explanations in the report card: 1. The label should be "Answer Explanation" rather than "Answer Analysis" 2. An expand/collapse function is required, and when collapsed, the word "View" should not be shown 3. HTML tags in the answer explanation (such as href links) should be displayed in system green 4. Scripts in the answer explanation should be filtered to ensure security 5. Images uploaded in the answer explanation should be the same size as on the exam completion page 6. After uploading images in the answer explanation, the spacing between text should not be too large and should be consistent with the completion report page 7. If the question title contains styling, the report card page should preserve and display the original styling

The report card page should provide the following function entry points:  1. Error-only view function (after selecting it, only questions answered incorrectly are displayed, and non-exam questions are not shown)  2. Real-time ranking function (after clicking, it should normally send a request and display the leaderboard)  3. Single and batch download functions in PDF and WORD formats (planned to be implemented in a later iteration)  4. Expand/collapse function for the report card  5. When viewing or downloading answers, the first tab "Report Card" should be selected by default

Score report access control rules: 1. Users with full result-viewing permissions should be able to view score reports, but they cannot grade or score. 2. After an exam answer sheet is shared, viewers should be able to view the score report (instead of seeing "Sorry, you do not have permission to view this report"). 3. Shared viewers can perform actions such as batch export, download score reports, and full-screen viewing. 4. Shared viewers cannot star, delete, or grade. 5. Non-admin users cannot modify other people’s score report settings.

Operating rules for the manual scoring function: 1. The input box should display the default text "Enter score" 2. Press Enter after entering a score to complete grading 3. A success message should be shown after scoring is completed successfully 4. The score must be limited to the score range set for the question; if it exceeds the range, a prompt should appear: "Score must be between 0 and X" (X is the full score of the question) 5. The width of the input box should be right-aligned with the numbers below 6. Even if the question's score is less than 10, a score search input box must still be provided 7. When entering decimals, the system should keep only two decimal places to avoid precision issues

Rules for manually grading questions with multiple sub-questions: 1. When there is a short-answer question with multiple sub-questions, after modifying the manual score, the system should correctly calculate the total score. 2. The scores for short-answer sub-questions should be calculated by the backend to ensure accuracy. 3. The score for each sub-question should take effect independently and should not affect one another. 4. If the score for a sub-question does not take effect, check and ensure that the scores of all sub-questions are correctly included in the total score. 5. The answers to multiple short-answer questions should be displayed correctly in the original answer sheet.

Style guidelines for the report card page: 1. When the report card includes the test taker’s information, the test taker section should be sufficiently large and vertically centered. 2. When the name prompt text is long, the word "Test Taker" should not cover the name. 3. The score for a question should include the "+" sign, consistent with the exam completion page. 4. In Chinese, the ranking should be displayed as "第 2 名" (with spaces before and after the number). 5. In Chinese, "答对题数" should be optimized to "答对". 6. In Chinese, "共14人参与" should be optimized to "参与人次：XX". 7. When there is a large amount of input content, text overlap should be avoided.

Multi-language support for the transcript: 1. The transcript page should display the interface in the corresponding language based on the questionnaire language. 2. When switched to other languages such as Japanese, the transcript should be translated accordingly. 3. The prompt text in the score-setting popup should be complete. For example, in "The score must be between 0 and X", X should be displayed correctly. 4. Error messages should be displayed correctly in all language environments. 5. All functional buttons and copy should support multiple languages.
